Founder Zach Martin has spent the last dozen years designing, planning, and managing
residential, commercial, industrial, and government projects across the Gulf Coast. After
earning his Bachelor's in Construction Management from LSU, he went on to work for several
of the largest names in the industry — building, in his words, for a safer future.
As a Construction Production Task Manager, Zach designed, implemented, and supported HUD
CDBG-DR housing programs across Louisiana. He has been a critical resource on more than
4,000 individual properties, performing final QA on contract documents, building working
schedules, and reviewing project costs for reasonableness.
As a Certified Floodplain Manager, he works directly with local Floodplain Administrators
to mitigate and enforce structure placement and elevation restrictions — so the homes and
buildings he delivers are functionally and financially sustainable for the long run.
